It is a Natural Bright White with a very hard surface sizing. Do not use tween or water before coating as this paper does not need any surfactant and will absorb the chemistry very readily.
Each sheet will have the Arches Platine watermark and 4 deckled edges.
Arches Platine was the first paper produced specifically for Platinum printing, and all other hand-coated photo processes. Platine is a light (145 gsm) natural colored paper, without brighteners. Externally sized, Platine is very easy to coat with a brush, and its hard smooth surface produces incredibly deep rich tones.
