The Collodion-on-paper printing out process combines techniques from the Wetplate Collodion Process and Albumen Printing Process to produce a rich, warm-toned glossy or matte finish print on paper. Developed in the 1870s as a contemporary of the Albumen process, Collodion POP was typically used to produce cabinet cards, Carte de Visites, as well as quickly-made contact sheets for portrait studio customers. Learn to mix the collodion emulsion, coat paper, and archivally process Collodion prints in this workshop!
