Hand-coated silver gelatin emulsion on hand-cut glass. The edges are ground for safety. The corner is notched similar to sheet film so you can load in complete darkness if you don’t have a safelight.
Plates are only sensitive to the UV spectrum of light. Develop with any traditional black and white developer like our D-19 developer. The actual size is 3.92 inches by 4.96 inches.
